Mobile App for Local Service Discovery (Stealth Project)

B2B & B2C · UX/UI · Product Design · 2025

End-to-end design of a mobile application for discovering local services and connecting with providers via instant chat. I led the complete product design process: user research, UX flows, wireframes, and polished UI for the first MVP release. Focused on simplifying service discovery and communication for everyday needs.

Important: This project is currently in active development, so some details cannot be shared. Once the MVP is finalized, I will update this case study with full deliverables.

Research & Analysis

  • Defined the target audience and identified key user scenarios.

  • Conducted competitor and market analysis to inform the UX strategy.

  • Mapped out pain points and opportunities to improve user experience.

This stage allowed me to establish a clear understanding of users’ needs and expectations, which guided the following UX decisions.

User Flow

Based on the research and identified user scenarios, I designed the initial user flow to visualize the main paths and interactions within the product.
The flow helps to:

  • Define core navigation and screen hierarchy.

  • Highlight critical decision points for the user.

  • Ensure all user goals are covered before moving to wireframes.

Wireframes

I created hand-drawn low-fidelity wireframes to quickly iterate and validate core ideas before investing in high-fidelity designs.

  • Focused on functionality and information hierarchy.

  • Avoided visual styling to prioritize UX decisions first.

  • Prepared for future prototyping and usability testing.

UI Exploration (Preview)

The visual design is still in progress. Here is a glimpse of the key screens:

  • Home / Search—service categories, quick filters, and nearby businesses.

  • Business Profile—detailed info, ratings, schedule, and contact actions.

  • Map View—interactive map with service locations and quick access to top-rated providers.

Project Status

This project is still in development, so many visual details and the interactive prototype are not yet ready.

Once the MVP is finalized and tested, the case study will be updated with the full UI and high-fidelity prototype.
